New CLF Workstream: Housing

Given the significant and increasing pressures on the central London housing market, the CLF Board has determined that housing should be adopted as a priority workstream going forward.

Reports exploring some of the key challenges for central London are now available on the website.  These papers highlight issues such as the polarisation between market and affordable/social homes, the role of student accommodation, the impact of new development areas both within and without the Central Activities Zone, and the increasingly critical role of the private rented sector.
